A slow Sunday morning isn’t complete without wonderful loungewear. Dress in the most luxurious cotton-cashmere joggers and pair with our incredibly soft cotton-cashmere hoodie for ultimate comfort. Now you’re now ready for making brunch, reading the papers and enjoying time spent with loved ones.
Rather than visiting your local café, why not take the time to create your favourite brunch dishes at home, along with a stylish table display. Whether you choose eggs and soldiers (always a favourite with little ones), or want to make your own porridge mix, our classic wooden egg boards and versatile Le Creuset pan do just the trick. See below for our must-try oatmeal recipe.
90g rolled oatmeal
4 tbsp cup coconut oil
4 tbsp real maple syrup
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Dash of vanilla
3 bananas, sliced into rounds
Star anise, chocolate chips, and other desired toppings
- Cook the oatmeal according to the package’s directions. For extra creamy oatmeal, cook with milk.
- Heat the oil in our Le Creuset Saucepan over a medium heat. Add the maple syrup, cinnamon and vanilla, and let it bubble for a little bit until it’s incorporated. It should be lightly foamy and bubbly.
- Add the bananas and simmer for a few minutes on each side, until soft and fluffy.
- Remove from the heat. Stir half of the bananas into the oatmeal, and reserve the other half for the topping. Add other desired toppings, such as star anise for extra spice and flavour, or chocolate chips for additional sweetness.
