If you’ve stopped by our Symons Street flagship store this week, you’ll have noticed something different about one of our windows.
Regarded as an international expert in his field, critically acclaimed florist Larry Walshe has transformed our window into a beautiful urban garden, taking inspiration from the Rio Carnival and nature itself. The window leading from our The Little White Company area of the store appears to have been flung open by the most incredible baby elephant, who some of you may recognise as our adorable character, Kimbo.
The beautiful sculpture was crafted from moss by skilled artisans and embellished with white bead and crystal detailing, while the surrounding scene seeks inspiration from flora and fauna indigenous to Brazil. Look out for the large tropical plants, suspended foliage and ingeniously integrated products from our latest collection.
With Chelsea In Bloom tours beginning at Sloane Square all week, now’s the perfect opportunity to pop into The White Company, before having a wander or even taking a rickshaw ride through the streets – the gorgeous blooms on display and new arrivals in store can’t fail to lift your spirits.
You can view a virtual map and find out who else is taking part in Chelsea In Bloom here, and don’t forget to vote for us if you love the display.
