To celebrate ‘Make A Gift Day’, we’re indulging in some arts and crafts to add a personal touch to our Christmas gifts and home.
While we love to embrace an elegant theme with Christmas decorations and gift presentation, adding a little personal touch can take things from ordinary to extraordinary. 3rd December is ‘Make A Gift Day’, which is the perfect excuse to get creative. Whether it’s finally using that calligraphy class you took a year ago, or making Christmas bunting, here are a few ideas for a fun-filled crafternoon.
Our founder, Chrissie, loves presenting chocolates in our Porto Stoneware Heart Ramekins – two gifts in one. Finish with cellowrap and tie with ribbon.
Deck the halls
Wrapping paper isn’t just for presents – we’ve found a new use for ours. Create some fun festive bunting for your home and hang it over doorways, along the banisters or in the hallway. Perfect for little ones and grown-ups alike.
A sweet idea
We love Jak Heath’s idea of creating Chocolate Santa Sleighs – the perfect gift for those with an insatiable sweet tooth. Jak recommends using these as place settings on your Christmas table, but we think they make excellent stocking fillers, too. Be sure to buy extra sweet treats so you have something to nibble on while you make them.
Stock up on wrapping paper and turn gift wrapping into a crafternoon.
